St. Tropez at Boca Country Club is a quiet, well-landscaped residential community where two-story coach homes offer a panoramic view of the 13th, 14th, and 15th holes of the Boca Country Club Resort championship golf course and one-story villas that offer easy ground-floor access absent neighbors overhead. Residents of the community are a short drive and minutes from all the first-class amenities in the City of Boca Raton and neighboring Delray Beach.

There are 117 individually owned, coach homes and villas, and residential units each with a garage and terrace. There is also a centrally located pool for its residents. All unit owners are members of the St. Tropez at Boca Golf Property Owners Association, Inc. which annually elects a five-person Board of Directors that is responsible for the management of St. Tropez and its relationship, through the Master Association, with the other eleven associations located in the Boca Golf & Tennis Country Club complex. St. Tropez unit owner membership in the Boca Golf & Tennis Country Club is optional and not required for residency.
